This cartwheel hat base is a classic shape that has sprung into popularity in the past few year. Made from 2 layers of metallic rainbow lurex stiffened sinamay, these cartwheels are ready to trim and are fitted with a petersham ribbon on the inside crown edge. Simply add a comb or headband to secure to the head.
